“I’m a big dreamer and believer of faith, and the first step for making your dream come true is putting pen to paper. Writing and producing allows me to create the stories that I wanted to see growing up.” Tazia Harris may be new to the film world, but she has been honing her skills for years. In 2019, she co-wrote and produced 3 short films, including A Little White Lie that was shown as a mixed media piece at the AfroChic Diaspora Festival in Accra, Ghana and the 2020 Toronto Short Film Festival 2020 Audience Award winning RONi. Harris is set to co-produce the upcoming play “Last Lie” with Sheronna Osbourne and Troy Crossfield.
