For the past 16 years, in her role as a Facilitator, Tisha Reid has worked with companies like Bell TV, Banana Republic, Canada Post and Carnival Cruise Line, to grow and develop their employees professionally and personally. As a storyteller, she has honed her ability to weave in relatable experiences and life lessons to connect and engage with her audience while delivering informative and impactful learning.
Reid truly loves adding value to others and is a firm believer in the Servant Leadership mindset. While on the Board of Directors for the Black Business and Professional Association, she co-organized the $15,000 fundraising initiative that provided over 350 youth and young adults the opportunity to see Black Panther, for free, on opening day. Reid has also developed and conducted workshops focused on leadership and personal development for non-profit organizations: The East Scarborough Storefront, The Scarborough Hub and The Working Women Community Centre.
A firm believer that to be successful one must have a strong foundation, Reid is currently building the foundation of Crossfield House Productions (CHP), of which she is a Partner and the Director of Business Operations. CHP is a proudly black-owned, award-winning production company located in Toronto whose theatrical productions have graced the stages in Toronto, Washington, DC and Accra, Ghana.
